Completed concrete construction scope for a major lime kiln expansion project executed to increase production capacity, enhance process efficiency, and modernize facility infrastructure.
The project included the successful installation of deep and shallow foundation systems, heavily reinforced equipment foundations, grade beams, elevated structural slabs, concrete columns, and cast-in-place reinforced concrete superstructure elements supporting critical kiln and process equipment. Work encompassed complex formwork systems, high-density reinforcing steel placement, embedded plates, anchor bolt assemblies, and large-volume concrete pours engineered to meet stringent industrial tolerances and loading requirements.
