Superior Construction Services successfully delivered the concrete foundations package for a new greenfield aggregate plant in Buckeye, Arizona. Our team completed structural and equipment foundations across the full production footprint, helping create a facility built for reliable startup, efficient material flow, and long-term performance.
The scope of work included foundations for dual scale and single scale systems, a maintenance building, bucket wheel reclaim system, E-house, transfer points, conveyor systems, feed hoppers, crusher and screening equipment, fines processing systems, and a fully completed tread-wash system to support site cleanliness and compliance.
Executed under active weather conditions, the project required precise layout, strict elevation control, and carefully planned sequencing to keep pace with critical equipment setting milestones and overall plant commissioning schedules.
