What Our Employees Are Saying
“I enjoy the ability to turn nothing into something. Taking plans on a sheet of paper and turning that into something you can put your hands on. Something you can go out and see with your own eyes, touch with your own hands and have a sense of pride looking back knowing I played an important role in making this happen. I like watching the full process from initial plan bid to mobilization to concrete pours to job closeout. The Superior culture of being the best we can be and being honest about it all is something I firmly believe in.”
— Stephen Hayslip, Engineering Project & Systems Manager
“When I got hired in 2014, I didn’t even know what my job position was going to be. This company allowed me to build my career from the bottom, up to management. I still enjoy coming to work every day.”
— Crystal Sanchez, Accounting Manager
“I love my job! The variety of work that comes into my department each day keeps me learning constantly. I love the opportunity to make people’s working lives better, even in a small way. If I can play one small part in helping someone find a workplace where they can thrive, add value and be valued, then I’ve added something to this world we live in. Superior truly believes that the people are the core of the business and the reason for their success. Superior empowers and trust their employees to do their best and are dedicated to their success. They offer great benefits and perks, encourage work life balance and are committed to giving back to the communities in which they work. I am proud to tell people where I work and encourage those who seek to build a career and to be treated like family to reach out to me so we can talk.”
— Robin Carroll, Human Resources Manager
