This project required seamlessly integrating new conveyors, screening equipment, and a rotary scrubber into an existing, fully operational facility, without interrupting production.
The project scope included tying new mechanical and structural systems into legacy infrastructure through precise field verification, detailed coordination, and disciplined execution. A carefully sequenced installation strategy allowed work to proceed alongside live material flow, eliminating interference and avoiding downtime.
Key technical achievements included precision anchor bolt layouts aligned to existing foundations and steel, accurate mechanical and structural tie-ins, and flawless execution within tight tolerances and limited access conditions. Despite these constraints, the retrofit was completed on schedule with zero plant downtime.
