Yards of concrete: 4,541

Pounds of rebar: 881,849

Description

This dairy farm is at the forefront of renewable energy, converting waste into ultra-low carbon renewable natural gas (RNG). The project was characterized by its stringent schedule and complexity, including significant factors such as the operation's scale, the foundations' size, and elevation changes.

Central to the scope of work was the construction of the digester tank building, which featured 1,514 linear feet of walls. Additionally, Superior constructed adjacent concrete structures, including the sand separator, DAF platform, and lift station, all crucial components of the facility's operations.

Superior's proficiency in advanced projects and demonstrated quality of work led the company to be entrusted with another methane digester facility project by the same client shortly after the commencement of work in Stephenville.
