Superior Construction Services constructed reinforced concrete structures for both the gypsum mining facility and the downstream processing plant.
Work included a 60’ x 60’ x 25’ unloading pit with cast‑in‑place walls and floors, a 460‑foot unloading tunnel on a 10.5‑degree incline, and a 420’ x 150’ storage building supported by a 456‑foot conveyor tunnel. These systems were engineered to receive and transport mined gypsum efficiently while meeting strict dimensional and loading criteria.
