The comprehensive scope of work included construction of foundational elements for the sand plant, featuring structural foundations for extensive conveyor systems, 16 loadout silos, dryers, and supporting ancillary equipment. The project also involved construction of two 700‑foot tunnels and two Decant building foundations measuring 625 by 200 feet. Additional work included cast‑in‑place construction of a wet sand plant containing multiple thickener and freshwater tanks, wash screens, and plate presses essential to processing operations.
