— Covers 100% of your preventative care costs, such as checkups, cleanings, and X-rays. Additional services are shared between you and the plan.
— Allows you to visit any dentist you choose, but you will pay less by staying in-network
— Orthodontia coverage for adults and dependent children up to age 19
